swollen feet

I'm 36 years old and 20 weeks and started to get swollen feet. Anyone else dealing with this? Any advice on how to prevent it?

Also watch ur diet. Too much sodium may cause it also. Sometimes a little swelling is normal but if it's to much it may be a sign of something else

I have had swelling in my feet and ankles since about 25 weeks. I am 33 weeks now and was diagnosed with gestational hypertension this week and was put on methyldopa to help regulate my blood pressure. Which was running around 155/100. Just keep track of your blood pressure. If it runs high contact your Dr. Cause it could be signs of hypertension or preeclampsia.
