Sex might help dilation, or at least continue to soften your cervix to help induction potentially go faster, so, I know tmi but me and my boyfriend have been humping like rabbits, in hopes it'll help

Im 39+2 weeks and ive been 3 cm dilated, 80% effaced,  babys head is engaged, super soft cervix, membranes stripped twice and all since 37 weeks.  I feel a little back pain but other then that no signs of labor... just goes to show all us women are different and body wont go into labor until baby has decided theyre ready to come out!!

I'm 36w 2d and also 1.5 cm.. And I'm having period cramping right now too, along with the back pain and aches, like my shoulders feel so weak and it makes me nervous, my hips I can feel are growing and she's definitely dropping.. But no mucus plug or water leaking, so I'm confused!!

She can come at any point!
You can stay dilated for weeks, but you also can dilate super fast and have a fast labor!
It just all depends.
Remember to walk as much *** you can!!
I'll be 39 weeks Monday and I'm only 2 centimeters dilated lol
