10 mins for test result????
Well i took a test last night and..................... nothing!!!
No line not even in the control box until 15 minutes after the test and it was very faint and dog eared!!!
Still no +, still no period, still period pains!!!!!! Arghh im gonna scream!!
Im thinking of just forgetting everything and if i spurt a bump i'l know in time!
Its been 24 days since suspected conception so i think i can prob safely say its a no no!!! :-(

Anyone have any clues on the thick, jelly like CM???????
It was white / clear and had 2 specks of blood in it, lasting 2 days.
If anyone has had this be great to know as it doesnt seem anything like anything ive had before.

some women just don't have enough of the hormone to make the test positive. i've known some women to have to take tests up to over a month before it would show positive. if you want to really know right away go to your doc for a blood test.
Well i tested on Friday and BFN.... again!!!
Pains still the same as ever was sure AF was going to come this morning, woke up and..................................... Nothing!!
Over the weekend iv been having what can only be described as a white/clear jellyish CM. Not the most pleasant of things!
Bit worried with the pain, was still moreso on my right hand side but the b**ard had creeped across my whole lower stomach and has caused me backache (which im kinda used to)
Also my partner asked if i had been on the 'miracle gro' as my already 30G breasts seem to be swelling! (causing great discomfort whilst sleeping)
Iv decided i might take a note of all pain / symptoms over the next week and book a doctors appointment for next monday should AF not be here! I cant stand needles :( Haha

<------------------- really wants to know the results too lol it IS like a soap opera....ahywho...i am 5 weeks prego and have slight cramping on both sides also ....i thought it was rather weird to be prego and still have slight cramping in both ovaries....but i did read up on it and it might just be your uterus disrupting things as it grows with the baby ....and your really feeling the pain in your uterus....good luck and LET US KNOW :)

I have experienced the same problem with a pregnancy test before. This is going to sound lame, but I had to pee in a cup and let the test absorb urine that way. I took the first test, and got no control line or anything. I ended up taking the second one with the pee-in-a-cup technique, and got a positive result. I'm just a doofus with these easy pee-stick tests, I guess. Try the cup thing if the same thing happens again. That control line HAS TO be there, otherwise the test is useless.
hey i know its really frustrating cuz i was in the same situation a few days ago...had the worst pains ever almost felt like i'm pregnant.... also has some spotting for about three days around the time my period was due. Actually i had a miscarriage last month which is what messed up my cycle completely.
What helped me was a mild hot tub bath....hot to the extent that you could bear it and be relaxed at the same time...and guess what AF showed up very next morning...some people beleive you could a have miscarriage if you are pregnant and take bath in a hot tub...Well I would say if that is the case then doctors would prohibit hot tub baths for pregnant women and plus the water doesn't burn you...its to soothe your mind and body..

I said in my first post that the test may have been defective if there was no control line at all. Let us know what happens when you test again.
It didnt even have a control line though..... no line at all its like peeing on the stick did precisely NOTHING! :)
This is very very weird to explian but i have a sort of 'tickly' feeling in one side of my lower abdomen. Its strange i have constant cramps and every so often this 'flutter' which makes me feel like i need to pee. Just on the left hand side though.

I had a pregnancy test do that to me a couple of years back. I had left it laying on the counter and about 30 minutes or so later my mom came in and said there was a line. I did another.... no line... I did another...no line... then I went to the doc and he said that alot of tests will do that if you leave them sitting. I think the instructions said to read your results within 4 to 5 minutes.
With this pregnancy I felt VERY much like AF was coming. =) I felt those icky feelings up until last week and I am 13 weeks 5 days today. Imagine feeling them for 2 months straight. Ahhhh the joys of being an expectant mother. I wouldn't trade this experience for ANYTHING in the world. =)

Ive heard pregnancy symptoms can occur when you come off the pill so thinking thats maybe why my breasts are sore and im feeling so tired / light headed all the time! Nausea has calmed down. Still feeling sick bt not physically BEING sick anymore.

If you just got off birth control 6-7 weeks ago, that can really affect what's going on with your body. Some women's bodies need time to adjust being off of the hormones and producing them on it's own. If it comes out negative and you're still worried, go to your doctor.
But i cant be ovulating on both sides? The pain today is on my left side, feeling sort of like a drawn out cramp, where as the day before yesterday it was in my right hand side! Strange!!!!

Hi there just been reading your thread. The pain that you describe sounds a bit like the ovulation pain that some people report having. Do you think that you could be ovulating later than usual as you do say that your periods can be irregular?

When it goes away i forget it all, but when i have it i can almost guarantee im going to come on...the pain is JUST the same.............but then i dont!

Yes, period pain is normal in early pregnancy. I thought I was about to start my period anytime, yet nothing.
The lack of a period is not really whats bothering me as i have always been irregular before bc, the thing that is worrying me is that i have period pains.
If i should be pregnant is this normal????

Maybe the test was defective because the control line usually shows up right away. I would test again. And if it comes out negative, don't stress out because that could delay your period even longer! I went for as much as 2 months without a period while my husband was deployed!
