16 days late

hi all.
i am 16 days late for my period. havent yet taken taken a pregnancy test as i am afraid of a negative result.
i am 21 and me and my boyfriend have been trying for 6 months now.
i have a regular period (28 day cycle give or take a day) i have been late before but never over a week. i have never missed a period! my last period was 24 oct 2010 which was a week late. i would have been due again 21 november 2010 but it didnt come. so i had no period for novemebr.
i havent had any pregnancy symptoms besides white discharge but today i have been experiencing headaches, dizziness, and lower abdominal cramping.
i due to go to the doctors tomorrow morning but im so afrai of what they are gonna say. if im not pregnant then what could be wrong? i dont feel pregnant. my sixth sense (lol) is not tellin me i could be. does anyone have any ideas what could be happening? or has anyone been in the same position? any possitive feedback is good feedback.

went doctors today. pregnancy test was negative :(. would be due again on 19 dec. doctor told me to wait until  next week and try another pregnancy test or blood test. really anxious. cramping has become a lil more intense and i had a silly argument wth my bf this morning and started crying (loooool im not one to cry for silly reasons) maybe its pmt. i hope not. but i have to hold out for ANOTHER week. still hopeful. fingers crossed.

Well I was like 12 days late before I tested and got a POS result. I didn't think for a min I was PG. The only reason I tested was because a friend convinced me to. SO you could be.

I was in the same boat a few months ago. I was late 15 days and took a test and it was negative.. Got so sad. Well come to find out I had ovulated later than what I thought so I got a positive a few days later.. Also I had the slight cramping and discharge.. Didnt really start having morning sickness till a few weeks after my positive test. I am currently 14 1/2 weeks preggo. But if you went by my LMP Id be like 16 weeks.. Good luck!
