Yes, its norml an doing strechs will help some tims. I bet it your body just changing as well. You will have lots of diffrent pains every where down ther an n back cause of growth an change. Contrctns r diffrnt an may b a problm but sounds like change witch is norml
It's most likley just your body stretching the muscles to make room for your uterus to grow. I got sharp pains a lot and that's what my doctor told me. Try not to make too fast of movements and take your time getting up. Drink plenty of water too.
