Rinse your mouth with peroxide and water once a day. My dentist told me that will help with the swelling. And also help keep you from getting cavities under the gums.

My gums swell and bkeed. My dentist said it was pregnancy gingivitis and to cut down on sugar & brush floss & mouthwash everyday.

I have swollen gums, partly because of pregnancy and the other part because my braces where still on, gladly they are off now but yes my gums are still swollen. I want to go get them cleaned but im 35 weeks and have no idea when I can get in to even get them done

Yes I do! It's so painful when I try to eat crunchy stuff like chips. I just recently heard pregnancy effects you teeth and gums... so strange!
