23 weeks & cramping?

Hi ladies this is my first pregnancy don't know what to expect. Im really worried. I am having cramping today. No spotting or bleeding. But feel verrrry uncomfortable. Im laying with a body pillow cannot get comfortable at all. The cramping begins in the area were baby is and towards my back. What should I do??? Im 32 never been pregnant. And really worried about my son...

I'm 23 weeks and I've been cramping spotting and having constant back pain what is causing it!! ftm so idk wat to expect at all..

Thanx ladies. Yea my man rubs my back daily. The cramping has never been bleeding with it, so I don't worry so much but times its sooo uncomfortable. Congrats to u ladies. I am 23 weeks and 2 days :)

I'm 34 & this is my first pregnancy also. I'm 23w 2d & I've been having mild cramping & constant back pain. I called my ob & she said its normal as long as it's not extreme cramping accompanied by bleeding. Ive been icing my back to get some relief. Feel better soon!

Oh I just saw your.23 weeks I will be 23 on Tuesday. So this might help my doc also suggests Tylenol

How far along are you it could also be the position of the baby. You may have to try different positions to move him. I get on my hands and knees and my fiancé runs my spine for about 15 20 minutes.

I had the same problem my doctor told me to drink alot of water and it helped out alot. I was cramping for a week and a half off and on all day long. Now i cramp every now and then.
