3 negative pregnancy tests but almost positive i'm pregnant, please help!

I am incredibly confused. I am on the pill, and very rarely does my boyfriend ejaculate inside me just to be on the safe side. Last time he did, was the 28th november, which happened to be near enough when I was at my most fertile. A few days before my next period was due (about 2 and a half weeks later) I had bad stomach cramping during the night which got me a little bit paranoid, so I took a pregnancy test the next morning. It came back negative, which was only half reliable as it was done about 4 days before my period was due, but when I did come on in the next few days, my mind was put to rest that I wasn't pregnant. The period I had however was very light compared to my normal periods, and only lasted about 4 days, whereas it usually lasts for about 7. This didn't occur to me then, but it is now, exactly 4 weeks later from when I took the pregnancy test, that for the past week I have been experiencing headaches, nausea, swollen heavy breasts, burping all the time and the most terrible wind! I took 2 pregnancy tests today though, and both came back negative. I am thinking about being pregnant all the time, I am now even having dreams at night that i'm pregnant. Could all of this just be hormones, or could I be pregnant and the tests be wrong? I'm hoping that my period comes within the next few days, because not knowing is a nightmare! I would love your opinions on this, just so I know i'm not alone!

Also you wouldn't have gotten a period if you were pregnant. Not even a lighter one.

It's similar to women who have had Mirena and never had anything from it, and they get a new one and it screws their while body over. If you obsess over an idea your body will start to believe it's true and will make symptoms similar to it just from worry and stress. Any hormonal birth control can cause symptoms similar to pregnancy at any point of using it, so it wouldn't matter that it never has before. If you are still concerned, you can see a doctor for a test but I doubt you are.

This does make me feel a bit better thank you. Although I have been on the pill for six months now, and this has never happened before :/

It's more then likely the pill, when I was on the pill I had stronger pregnancy "symptoms" then I acctually had while pregnant, symptoms don't always indicate a pregnancy
