Try swishing around almond oil... my wisdom tooth was broken all messed up i had a tooth ache serve for about a week && that worked made it quit hurting as much makes the pain bareable but def go to the dentist

Usually if you tell your doctor they send you to the dentist. You can take an antibiotic like amoxicillin if you've got it and Tylenol.
