37 weeks

ok im 37w2d along and I am so miserable. my feet are so swollen 24/7 and I have constant pressure in my stomach it makes me not want to do anything besides sleep. I have only gained 30lb and I have had a totally complication/worry free pregnancy and I have tried everything for my feet and I told my doctor how miserable I was and he pretty much told me deal with it. he wont help me go into labor until im 39 weeks I cant wait that long. should I switch doctors to someone who will actually help me

I'm 38+2 and miserable as well. My doctor said he can't do anything to help me til I'm at least 1 cm. And that he won't induce til 41 weeks

my goodness i hear ya, i am 36 weeks and 1 day. I am totaly miserable as well. I also have swollen feet constant headaches, heart burn, and trouble sleeping.. I'm always tired and it makes me feel lazy. I really wish i could get induced but i know that it's best for the baby to be in there for as long as she can. It's true though docs wont induce unless there is a medical issue. just keep your head up and hold on for just a little longer you new baby will be here soon. Just try to stay positive! there are plenty of women out here in the world that feel exactly the way you do! All we can do is wait it ou a have as much support and help we can.

Idk where u live but I know in Ohio they just changed the law recently so doctors cant induce patients until 39 wks unless there is a medical reason. Im 37 wks also and it is miserable. Maybe try some things at home to encourage labor? Make sure u r resting enough and pray baby comes soon!
