37 weeks

So i went to labour and assessment yesterday due to cramping for hours. Turns out I was contracting every 5 minutes and was contracting for 7 hours. Contractions started slowing down and eventually stopped. Stayed at 1cm dilated even after going for a long walk around the hospital.Doctors told me to not be afraid to walk because she is trying to make her debut. You ladies have any ideas to help my little bean make her appearance?

Drinking water does the opposite of what you are trying to accomplish. Have you noticed tgat when you go to Labor and delivery they tell you not to drink anything? When your body becomes slightly Dehydrated your Uterus will start  contractions.
Preterm labor usually happens because of dehydration, so it should help with actual Labor. Good luck Sweetie♥

Have sex, even if you don't feel like it. But make sure he ejaculates inside. *** causes contractions.

Thank you, I was planning on putting hot sauce on my dinner tonight! Here is to hoping! Only thing is that after those contractions sex is the last thing on my mind, which makes no sense because I couldn't get enough before. Oh hormones and how I love them...
