4 positive pregnancy tests. Negative blood test?

Well September 25 i took a test and it came up positive. Then i took 3 more and all came up positive. They were the dollar general brand for a dollar. One was the first response + sign one. Well anyways they all came up positive but very faint lines. I scheduled a dr appointment with an ob.. did blood work and it came back negative.??
I've spotted in Aug & Sept. But i juss recently was active with my boyfriend in beginning of aug NO activites over the summer what so ever juss Aug thru September 26 ( he started college 4 hrs away from me). So im either really early or maybe a chemical pregnancy or tubular one? I'm not sure. Oh yeah, im spotting again.. never was late juss got curious of all the pg symptoms i was having. But im spotting makes day 2 now. Only when i wipe. light pink almost clear. Could i be misscarrying or still pregnant?? I dont think a false positive would show up on 4 tests within a few days of taking each one. Idk please give me some kind of advice so im not stressing even more.

I thought about going and doing that but i dont want them to be like well we cant cuz u dont have insurance or something stupid like that. But deff a decison i might make. Soon..

I would go to er cause they can always schedule an ultrasound via transvaginal and see more in depth hope this helps

Well i heard as well that some pregnancy tests are more sensitive. I'm not sure. I've taken another one after the blood test it came back negative as well. Now im spotting so i dont know if they were wrong and im still pregnant or im misscarrying. Not sure at the moment I hope everything is fine. I dont want to have a misscarriage.

A blood test is more sensitive than a home pregnancy test. It is very rare but possible that the doctors may have made a mistake with the blood test. Maybe take another home test then go back to the doctors. If it is positive ask them to re do the blood test and if it is negative you need to get checked for a possible miscarriage as if you didn't pass the baby it can cause serious problems.
