I'm in the same boat. My due date is tomorrow still not dilated. Doc said I have an unfavorable cervix. Totally disappointed. I've heard walking squats going up and down stairs spicy food pineapple sex accupressure. There is also an induction massage but that costs money
I'm 41 weeks and 1 day.. I've tried evening primrose oil and pineapple from 36 weeks onward and my cervix has done absolutely nothing however most women say that they are fairly effective.
