5 weeks 6 days pregnant babys heart measuring 87 bpm

I went into the ER saturday the 6th because i was worried id started to bleed and had been spotting for a few weeks prior so My husband and i went in and had an u/s done and all was found was a gestational sac and yolk sac measuring 5 weeks 6 days. Four days later the 10th i went in for my schedualed u/s and finally saw a baby measuring 5 weeks 6 days and a heart rate of 87 bpm. the obgyn said its a little on the low side, but doesnt need me to come back for another u/s for two weeks. She said she thinks it may still be early, but im kinda concerned as to this is my second pregnancy my husband and i experienced our first miscarriage at 9 weeks. The heart rate at six weeks last time was never able to be measured cuz it was too weak from what im gathering. Im just curious as to if others have been through the same situation and have gotten a healthy baby as an outcome?!?! any advise would be GREATLY appreciated!!

babies heart rates grow fast every day till it reaches a certian point. THat is fine! I had us early  and several days apart and it started out low then two days later went way up and kept going up so I would not worry about it.

I have mc before and I know it is easier said then done but I have a healthy pregnancy and I am sure your is too:)
