6 Week Wait & Sex :)
For u ladies that have had your baby, how long did you honestly wait to have sex again, what type of protection did u use & did u tell your doctor if it was before your postpartum checkup?? I had me son 4 weeks ago so it's been 4 weeks but I haven't had my check up yet. For some reason & out of the blue I just feel soooo horny, I want my bf sooo bad, lol sorry for tmi. I feel like my area is healed and it lips healed, not fat & swollen anymore. How did you ladies go about this?
That's exactly what I'm scared of, thinking I'm all healed & than our moment being absolutely uncomfortable. I suppose we can wait another 2 weeks till my check up.
With my 1st it was about 10 wks my 2cnd I think 12 wks and this time it will probably be even longer and after I have a baby I don't really feel like it anyway. Not really big on sex not sure how I got pregnant 3 times lol. But I think it just comes down to when you feel comfortable and want it. I found it awful the first after so I think that is why I put it of so long, also after the 1st child it takes me months to really feel anything except pinching and pains.
But I know it is not like this for everyone.

o have my 6 week check up tomorrow. my fiance & I have fooled around a little but no sex yet. my sister had her boys one right after the other that way and im determined to wait till we get married in aug before I get pregnant again (more so I can still fit in my dress)
With my first i think we waitted about 4wks n used nthn it was uncomfortable the 1st few times thankfully i did not get pregnant..This time its been 11 days and im so ready i feel healed but m still so nervous so i guess im gonna wait til i feel more comfortable. Good luck lol
with our first we only waited 4 weeks and got pregnant again at 6 weeks!~ so use protection!!!
With my 1st i made it 3 weeks..no contraceptives used not even condoms...but thankfully we didnt conceive until our daughter was slightly older than a year
Condoms. Condoms. Condoms. You can have sec whenever you'd like after Birth. As long as you think your healed. Just use protection. At least until you have some sort of birth control.
