7 Days late and still guessing

Hi Everyone,

I am new here, and I am trying to read everyone's posts to see if I can find an answer or some hope here. I am 32 years old, no children, and in the past my husband and I have suffered 3 miscarriages. All of the pregnancies were very early between the 5-8 week range, the first one I had a gut feeling that I was, but #2...nothing, and #3 the only symptom I had was a STRONG sense of smell. Needless to say we have been quite devastated in the past and have been trying only actively for the last few months.(I needed some time to heal emotionally and physically). Now my periods are always on time from the time I was a child.....never late...and I mean NEVER. So I was due for mine on September 29/30, but so far it hasn't come, and I am worried. I have taken 5 HPT and all negative, and my breasts are tender, I've been very gassy, and my stomach feels like I have flutters 2-3 times a day. I don't know what to make of it....I'm trying not to get my hopes up but I'm wondering how long do I wait for my period before scheduling an appointment? Any advice will help....

Thanks Ladies! :-), please send some prayers my way!

Has your doctor tested u with either of your pregnancies??? There must be a reason to why that you have miscarried other than it just happened.. I had the same expierence I had 2 m/c and I made the doctor finally do all the tests he could possibly do and low and behold he found out to why I was m/c.. I have a thing calle Lupus anticoagulant Factor it is where the blood clots during prgnancy and u have to take a blood thinning shot called lovenox during pregnancy... You could in fact be pregnant and it just isnt showing up yet.. It could have been a late conception and that maybe why it isnt showing up on the HPT's. I hope everything goes well for you and that you are pregnant :) lotsa baby dust to you ;-) Keep up posted and Good Luck sweetie!

You might want to get a blood test instead, since they are more reliable than the HPT tests.
