Yes, I've tried brushing after each meal. Well for now I may just have to keep lots of mints with me at all times. Thanks ladies....
I had this too when I first found out I was pregnant : ( I had to change my toothpaste because I brushed my teeth every 5mins. I would eat a lot of peppermints & drink lemonade bc sodas or water would make me gag, very weird.
I had that early on even water tasted gross. I never found anything to make it stop either.
Try peppermint? I had that in the beginning and ate lots of mints. It's candy cane season now :-)
Same here. Especially the thick nasty on my tongue and the roof of my mouth when I wake up in the morning. And the yucky after taste. Even with my tooth paste. I've noticed this for about 2 weeks. I'm 28+6.
I have no idea how to help. I'm having the same problem and it's like a thick film building in back of my mouth. Iced tea is the only thing that doesn't have a bad aftertaste.
When i was early on my pregnancy nothing worked for me i would eat mints but once i was done with them they would give me an after taste. have you tried brushing your teeth after you eat?
Im going through the same thing and I feel like a endless amount of saliva. I brush my tongue when it starts even if I throw up then I feel better for a few hours. Then do I again when it starts back up.
