Allergies

I just found out Im pregnant. I'm about 7 weeks along. I have really bad allergies and was wondering if I could take over the counter allergy medication? My nose is itchy, eyes are watering, I'm constantly sneezing. It's getting super annoying. I attempted to contact my OB but she never called me back. Does anyone know if I can or can't.

Thanks in advance! ☺
