Am I having a miscarriage?

I am 5 weeks pregnant, I just had an ultrasound yesterday, it said: The Uterus is gravid with a single well-implated intrauterine gestational sac seen, but in the evening after I came home, I started having this really bad cramp, I couldn't move for like 10 minutes, when the pain was not so bad, I went to the bathroom and had a b/m, about one hour later, when I peed, I found this big clot size like half of my palm, I don't know what I should do, what is that clot? Did I lose the baby?

Thanks, I didn't have the vaginal ultrasould, just the regugar one. I had another clot today, smaller than the first one, it was long about 3 cm, as thick as a chopstick, I had back pain, some cramps, but not very bad, I don't have time to go to the doctor. I am in a foreign country and have to work, will check with my doctor in two weeks.

The U/S states it say one little sac in the uterus. The clot could be anything; if you had a vaginal ultrasound perhaps the wand irritated something.

That is quite a large clot, too. I would go see the doctor.
