Am I pregnant? Almost 4 weeks late!

Okay, so I have usually a normal period, sometimes its a week late but never more than that, I've taken two at home tests that have been negative and the doctors drew blood and tested my pee and that was negative, still no period. I'm not sure what it could be. I'm not stressed so its nothing like that, but the doctors still suspect pregnancy. I have been having a milky discharge since the days of my expected period and back aches, headaches, nausea and frequint urination, though I have a bladder infection which could explain the urination, but it doesn't explain anything else. I'm just looking for some help. I go for a ultrasound today, April 14, 2010 but I have a feeling nothing will show, what else could cause this?

Maybe you have PCOS. PCOS is where the eggs will not release from the ovary and they will attach to the ovary and form a cyst. This will cause you not to ovulate or have a period. There is pain associated with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). As your doctor about it. Better save than sorry.

I was 3 weeks late because of a cyst.  It's possible you may have a cyst that is blocking AF.  Good luck at your appointment I hope you get the answer you're looking for!
