Anyone else extremely tired all the time?

I'm 17 almost 18 weeks and I'm always tired I've never been this tired. I feel like I need around 14 hours of sleep a day lol. I understand needing a nap but this is crazy  I'm trying to find a job and I seriously don't know how I'm gonna work when I can barely keep myself awake during the day. Is my level of sleepiness normal and what can I do so I'm not so sleepy?

I'm only a little over 10 weeks and I get so tired at work. I do 2 massages and then I want to be done with work and take a nap, unfortunately can't though. I read online to exercise can help with the tired feeling so I tried that... yeah, no... it didn't work at all, it makes me pass out at 8pm.

Thats good to know because I was thinking this level of sleepiness was not normal. I did have my iron checked just the other day and its right where it should be so its not that.

Yes, I had my glucose test at about 28weeks and they said I was anemic I would ask your doctor if what your feeling is normal or if u need to be checked for low iron
