Are Braxton Hicks related to stress?

I've been very stressed lately due to work and I've noticed that I'm getting Braxton Hicks more often, especially when stressed out.

Has anyone else noticed this? And what do you do to counteract the stress?

i think what happens when your busy and stressed..  you are less likely to take care of your... not drink enough, get off your feet etc... resting usually lightens them but if you cant do that...

i worked a really stressful job...  i was pretty open with my work about it.  if things get too much, find a priate place for 5 mins or so hae a healthy snack, a warm beverage...

i know its not always possible though..  i remember being 25 weeks pregnant having someone overdosing on a set of stairs, with delivery people at the doors, and being alone at work and needless to say when i got home that day i took it easy then

Yes. I got them whenever I was really really stressed out. Even somewhat early on.
