Are over the counter prenatals safe to take

I bought over the counter prenatals as I have not been to the doctor yet. The nearest doctor is a hour away and I dont get paid till after halloween. Im approx 7-8 weeks

I use Target brand doc said they were fine. My copay is $16 for her to write the rx or $5 for 80 generic. Wish I had known the first time to get generic!

Yes they're safe, make sure they have folic acid, that's the most important.

I buy my pre natals otc....i was on one a day pre natals but the taste was making me sick so now i take vita fuse pre natal gummies

Why wouldn't they be safe?  I take rainbow lights brand.

My doctor won't prescribe prenatals. Instead I buy mine at a pharmacy like cvs, walgreens, or walmart.
