BIRTHING BALL

Okay ladies! Who bounced on a birthing ball to help induce/go into labor? Was it effective? Did it help? I would love to hear people's opinions :)

A birthing ball is not used to induce labor. If you have labor starting, it was going to start any way. A birthing ball is used to keep you in an upright position to make labor easier.
