Baby gender

Hello will I be able to find out my baby's gender at 14 weeks?  Or how many do I need to be to tell the gender ?

14 weeks is really rare and most doctors don't do an ultrasound to determine gender until around 20 weeks. That's the standard time for most people.  Seems like a long time to wait . . .  but it's going to go pretty fast.  :>)

i was 16 weeks when they told me the gender

But can you see it clearly or was it not that clear

You can have the blood test done that tells you the babies gender. I had the blood test done at 13weeks. Depending on your insurance, you may have to pay about $200 like I did but it was well worth finding out sooner since my husband & I were so impatient.. hahah.. I'm 20 weeks and ultrasound says it's a girl, just like the blood test did.

Where do you get it done ?

I had mine done in Florida because the beginning of my pregnancy was there but I'm in Massachusetts now and they said they have it here too. It's called the Panorama blood test as far as I know. I had it done at my OBGYN office. It detects and defects(if something may be wrong with your child) and can check the gender. This was the definition off google... Panorama is a Non-Invasive Prenatal Test (NIPT) that screens for common genetic conditions caused by extra or missing chromosomes in the baby's DNA as early as 9 weeks. Panorama analyzes baby's (placental) DNA through a simple blood draw from the mother's arm.

I was able to tell mine last week (14) it was a boy so he said it was obvious especially since his legs were spread, so its possible.

I had it done at 16 weeks and you could tell he was a boy without even telling me what he was. Depends on the position as well.

they could see it at 16 weeks but is not 100% sure i had to go like 4times for gender all depends on baby
