Birth control after birth?

So im going on birth control after my bubs born, just want to know what birth control methods do you recommend?  I have a feeling im going to forgot too take the pill daily haha because i always forgot to take it when i was on it before, and it messed up my periods.. I live in australia so i dont know if the varieties of birth control vary between countries but yeah, some suggestions and pros and cons of each?? Sorry but this is the only place i know where to ask!!:)

In gonna use a iud without hormones Its called paraguard. I've heard good things about it and it can last like 5-10 years and can be removed whenever u want. Plus no hormones shouldny mess wit my body that's wat I'm scared of lol

Surprisingly its hypo allergenic glue used for most because I have the same problem where I can only use certain types of band aid or adhesive tape but my doctor assured me it would be fine (he already tried to get me to switch)

Over 5 years I tried two different pills the shot smd the mirena. The shot works great!  I hated the mirena would never recommend it to anyone.

I just had a quick read about the patch- because you have to have it on for a week straight before changing it i think my skin might have an allergic reaction to the adhesive .. if its as sticky as some bandaids i dont think this is the one for me! Hmm

Yeah, I'm thinking about switching but it depends if my new health insurance covers it or not...

My sister is sexually active and the patch seems to be doing its job for her... I'm just very old school and I stick to what I know hahaha so I'll be going back on the pill ahhaha

I'm going with the patch. Never used it beforr but seems like its way better then the pill

Ive never heard of the patch, haha im scared of trying something else :( incase it doesnt work, or has bad side effects but i wont know until I try it!

I use the pill because I have trust issues with everything else hahaha. But my sister uses the patch cause she was forgetting to take her pill all the time and so far its worked for her...it straightened out her irregular period and even cleared up her acne.
