Blighted ovum

Third ultrasound today showed a 6w, 3d sac. Empty. No baby, no heartbeat. I'm definitely going to miscarry, just waiting on my body to figure out when.
Thanks ladies for all your support along this rollercoaster cycle. Think I'm going to have to take a break for a little while.

Thank you.
Painful as the wait is, I really would like to avoid the expense and mess of a D&C.

sorry that this is the way it has turned out for you, thats the problem with blighted ovums, it can take a while for them to rare their heads, I had one in november, it took about 2 weeks for things to start to happen and be over, if your hcg levels are still going up it may take a while longer for your body to recognise that no baby is forming, thats why alot of women choose a d&c with a blighted ovum, hopefully you wont have to wait to much longer , good luck

I am sorry that you have to go throuth this. It is one of the most painful things you can be faced with. I too just had a misscarrage only a week ago. I had the same thing as you a belighted ovum. I had a D&C done this past friday. My prayers go out to you.
