Braxton Hicks contractions 10 minutes apart

I'm almost 34 weeks and today I have been having BH every 10 minutes. No pain except for my regular back ache and baby moving like crazy. Can this be a sign of an early labor?

I was having some Braxton hicks contractions when I was 31 weeks pregnant and they were every ten minutes, (even though I drank plenty of water & rested) turns out I was in premature labor, they had to stop contractions and I had to stay in the hospital for 3 days. Better just to let your doc aware of it, and see what they think

I get them all the time too, my doc said to make sure I'm drinking lots of water. Other then that, it's normal.
