Just shy of 11wks & have had two great US w/healthy heartbeat - as all the ladies have said, my doc says brown blood is just old blood & is totally normal because of the stretching going on! I had it a few times with cramping & still baby is very healthy! I was so worried, but it really should be okay so long as it is not bright red blood or severe pain!

Just old discharge. I'm 39+2 and I got a lot of brown discharge I've already lost my mucus plug so I was so worried but my doctor checked me today at triage and told me its just old discharge. Probably the same thing. She was surprised that it was coming out this late for me. But everything was fine.

I wouldn't be worried about brown blood. They say if you can fill up a pad with red blood in an hour then be worried. Don't stress too much, because that never helps.
