Can panic attacks cause a Miscarriage or stillbirth?

Hi, i am 20 weeks pregnant and have panic attack almost every day since i stopped my zoloft when i was 4 weeks pregnant. I just went to a DR tonight (not my regular Dr.) when i was having a panic attack and she said it's not good for your baby. I didn't question that at all, but now i wish i asked her what affects it has on the baby? Can this Harm my baby? Can it Kill the baby? Cause Miscarriage? Cause stillbirth? I am worrying more!
Thanks for your help.

hello.. panic attacks and anxiety would lead to  low birth weight and late gestational age and I don't think it would lead to serious things such as miscarriage or stillbirth.. Try meditation to calm down..Take care ..

I don't think it can cause THAT much damage to the baby but I would consider yoga....You need to do something to get better with your panic attacks.. I know you already know that but I don't think it can KILL the baby..
