Chamomile tea
I bought some chamomile tea to drink b4 bed to kinda calm my lil one down cause he's always up all night keeping me up :( could drinking this do any harm or is it ok
If you research it, you wil find different answers as if it is dangerous Or not, I've drink it... Not too often, but every once in a while I do... I have friends who drink it through out the whole pregnancy and babies are fine!!!
I've always heard that drinking chamomile while pregnant is dangerous. I suggest asking your doctor before trying it. Maybe a cup of peppermint tea instead?
