Cinnamon tea results (so far)

I drank about one and a half coffee glasses of cinnamon tea last night. Probably around 8 pm or so. I woke up around midnight with semi painful contractions. They weren't terribly consistent, but were definitely there. Kept me up until after 2 am.. I woke up again around 5.. It's now 6:30.. And they're slowly getting stronger and closer together. I think I'm going to try to force myself to drink at least another half of a glass, a whole one if I can stomach it, and see where that puts me.

I'll keep everyone updated throughout the day on this post. I pray it works to put me into labor!

I took the epo 3 times orally and once vaginally everyday for about a week bounced on my exercise ball had every night worked my full time job at a gas station and at my apt. That I had 8hrs before my water broke she said she tried to give me a little stretch but it was hard since my water was bulging a little Oh and my son my fiance and I all talked to her and told her how ready we were and how much we couldn't wait to see her finally which my midwife told us to do being that theres a chemical the baby puts out when its ready that tells your body its time for labor

So is it bad to drink canela if you're only 14 weeks? I don't want to chance anything, but I love the tea...

Today around 4 am I started getting contractions I got so excited seeing how im due tomorrow. I hadnt had any I really feel like this tea has helped me in some way. Any other update ladies?

And I drink a cup every 2-3 hours or so. I just let it cool a bit and chug. Lol

Sorry guys! I got discharged because my contractions aren't consistent enough and weren't changing my cervix.. and they never did the second check for fluid like they said they would so all I have to go off of is the first test strip they used. They never did the test they usually do where they test your urine sample for amniotic fluid.. So I can't go off that!
I'm still having contractions though, so I just drank a cup of the tea and I'm going to go for a walk now. Hopefully that helps things move along.

Praying that it was a false positive! Did they do the swab test? They did both on me when I went in last Saturday!

But you did dilate more which is def a positive! Hopefully it works for all of us!

Thank you Zahra! I hope so too! I'm getting contractions every few minutes now and I wasn't before. I'm just hoping they find a reason to admit me and let me have him! The contractions started picking up a lot well after they started monitoring me.. And I can still feel fluid of some kind coming out. So idk what else it could possibly be!

Tell her why she is down there feeling to be a little rougher and poke a whole in the bag of waters. Lol.. sometimes they accidentally break your water when they are checking you for dialation.

So, they tested me with the paper that changes color if it's your water and the paper didn't change color! They've got me hooked up to the monitors and sitting straight up to see if more fluid will leak into my vagina so they can test me again. The nurse said it could be a false negative, but when she checked me I was dialated to a 2.5 and she could feel the water bulging by his head. So if it broke it wasn't on bottom. Oh, and I wasn't quite a 2 yesterday so I'm at least dialating some. I guess there's a positive in everything. I'll let you guys know if I get a positive for it being amniotic fluid, but at this point I don't even want to get my hopes up. Pretty sad right now.

Their is ready cinnamon tea, & their is a stakes to make it..
I used the stakes with my first they say it is so strong but didn't work for me..
However, u buy cinnamon stakes and boil it with water, u can add sugar to make the taste better, i added one spon on honey..

I hop it works for u ladies..
