I have the same dilemma too! I loooooove coke! I been looking up stuff online & it says we can have up to 200 mg of caffeine a day. I believe a can of coke has way less than that, like 32 mg so its okay! Im going to ask my ob at my next visit just to be sure.

Women have been drinking caffeine for years. It's fine. Just don't over do it. I admit I drank a monster every once in awhile which was bad but she was fine. I ptetty much stopped drinking any caffine in my last month so she wouldnt have any caffine withsdrawls. I'm doing my next pregnancy way different tho
