Colposcopy with biopsies done during possible early pregnancy

This requires a bit of background details to help me out. Overall, this has been a very strange month. I got AF on 10/28 and it was very light and lasted for the usual 2 days. My fiance and I BDed on 10/26, 10/31, and 11/01. Around day 10 (11/06), i seemed to be ovulating. On, 11/11, I had a colposcopy done and 3 biopsies were taken. A preggo test was done there and it was negative, but it would have been way too early if i was anyway. My breasts started to get very tender and ache, lower backache, bloating, and mild-to-moderate pain in my right ovary about a few days later and has persisted ever since. On 11/20, I unexpectedly got what felt like AF, but I was nearly 2 weeks early! I bled moderately for 2 days, then spotted this brown color for 5 days straight after that. My breasts are still sore, dull headaches and lower backache all day and a weird feeling in my lower abdomen that I'm not sure how to explain. Yesterday, I had a strong adverse reaction to the smell of something my mum was cooking 2 rooms away. I was literally dry heaving because of it and it was a philly cheese steak too. I love them :( I tried to eat today, but I had the same problem with the nauseating feeling except it would just hit me. I would be sitting there and then be nauseous for no apparent reason. I was exhausted today to the point that getting out of bed felt like a chore. I'm not sure if I'm coming down with a bug or a mere coincidence.
My question: Is there a possibility that I conceived in the time frame of having the colposcopy and currently pregnant now? I calculated it and figured that I would be between 4-5 weeks pregnant if I were to be. I really don't want to buy a test if I'm just getting a stomach bug and everything is all pure coincidence...

There is always that possibility.  I had a colposcopy last December and had some bleeding/spotting associated with it...kinda like what you mentioned.  With the dates you mentioned it could be pregnancy, but I think the only way to be sure would be to take a test.  sorry I don't seem to be of much help.  I hope for the best though.  Maybe wait if you don't want to spend the money right away?  But peace of mind might be worth it?
