Could it still be a pregnancy after a heavy bleeding?

Could it still be a pregnancy after a heavy bleeding?
Had unprotected sex on the 15th but then on the 24th I started have bleeding. It was quite heavy and lasted for 5 days like my period(my period usually starts at the 29th). At that time I thought that it was my period or I just miscarried. Took a hpt and it was negative. *This is what is confusing me, so please help. On the 15th the next month (6weeks pregnant if I really am pregnant), I noticed and everyone noticed that I've gotten more chubby or fatter. I also had on and off nausea, frequent urination, felt a bit restless, backaches, constipation and I vomited once.
I really confused. Am I just thinking of it too much or I miscarried and still have my hormones whacked up or am I really pregnant?
Note: I am taking Iron Supplements for my Anemia. Just added info for the professionals. Thanks a lot.
I was taking the Iron Supplements before but stopped. I started to take the Iron Supplements again two days after the maybe conception because I was feeling dizzy and had fatigue.

I wasn't sure that it was my period because it was 5 days earlier than my usual. At the back of my head I'm thinking that it may be other bleedings that occurs in pregnancy that was made heavy by the iron supplements. I don't know if thats possible or scientific. Its because of all the symptoms that I am having right on the the 6 week pregnancy mark where symptoms usually start that made me think. Thank you for reading.

I agree with tarajanes. Symptoms are A LOT LESS reliable than the tests. Most of the tests on the market today are VERY reliable. I also wouldn't think that starting your period early would be a symptom of pregnancy. If you are having regular (monthly) periods there is a very slim chance that you are pregnant. I agree that you should speak with you Dr. and have them do a blood test if you still think that there is a possibility that you are pregnant. Blood tests are 100% reliable.

Tests are reliable, granted there are some rubbish ones but alot are on the market that are reliable.if in doubt you could ask for a blood test, you cant assume a miscarriage when you dont even know you were pregnant.there are many causes for early period, including an early ovulation.so no one can answer this question for you.symptoms can start any time, ive been pregnant 8 times and symptoms can start as early as 4 weeks.I would honestly advice you to speak with your doctor,if your concerned in any way.best of luck.

the tests aren't that reliable. And the bleeding was 5 days early. It was way too early. And starting on the 15 until now I am having these symptoms weight gain, on and off nausea, frequent urination, felt a bit restless, backaches, constipation, dizziness and vomiting. Hitting the mark of 6 weeks pregnant that symptoms really start.

Why do you think you were pregnant,if you had a negative test.and having periods then you are most likely not pregnant.you cant assume because your bleeding its a miscarriage, when a pregnancy hasnt been confirmed.
your period was early,.this isnt uncommon, all depends when you ovulated previously may have been early.hence why your period seemed sooner.before you come to these conclusions,i would speak with a doctor,
