Ftm 30 weeks pregnant cramping nothing super intense but I this Braxton hicks?
depends on what super intense means.. are they close together? can you time them? if it's too unbearable it'd be best to go into labor & delivery so they can monitor you. don't take any risks.. I know some mommies say sit at home, wait it out, etc. but I never did. maybe I worried too much, maybe not enough, but anytime something didn't feel normal.. I'd call & see if they wanted me to come in. good luck & congrats!! (((:
