Cramps before period

Hi All,
I started getting lower abdominal cramps yesterday. It's is 7 days before my period and usual cramping starts only about 2 days before. My husband and I are trying for a baby, however in march this year I lost the last baby due to MC at 6weeks. I have had a cold this week could I have pulled a muscle coughing or sneezing? Or are these early pregnancy symptoms? Nipples are a little sensitive but nothing unusual!  Any advice?

It could be your period trying to get back into it's normal routine, I also suffered a miscarriage about 2 weeks ago (my 2nd actually) but I do suggest bringing this up to your doctor in your next check up.

I tried the ovulation sticks over the past week. Is it possible I could still be ovulating this close to my period?

cramping is a common early pregnancy symptom. feels like a period coming but nothing happens. i had it with my first and this pregnancy. it maybe a period arriving sooner or ovulation or anything. wait to see what happens next saturday. good luck x
