I have watermelon for the fact it contains a lot of water . I'm not sure what's going on with my body .  Sugar water spikes up my blood pressure because I've lost so much weight my pressure is wack right now so my sweets are fruit .... Im growing hopeless it's be difficult

Have you tried sugar water? When my MS gets really bad I can't keep water down, I think my body rejects it because theres nothing to it, so I started adding half a teaspoon of sugar, I figure my stomach focuses more on digesting the sugar rather then rejecting the water. Or what about freezies?

See my problem is I cant keep any fluids down so the only I can really rely on is fruits high in water but I try and I found out that if I drink the water very slowly im able to hold it down much easier but by the end of the day I still haven't drank enough fluids... @YazzZ what all have you tried

You get so dehydrated because you pee all day! My gp always told me 'sleep when you're tired, eat when you're hungry, and even if your aren't thirsty, drink!' A good rule of thumb if you're having trouble staying hydrated is to try and drink a water bottle every two hours, or if that becomes too much to handle, every three hours. The bathroom trips sick but it's a necessary evil! Cookkii I hope you are feeling better!

Omg im the exact same way and then just let me out the hospital an hr ago... I pass out alot and just like you I ended up going to the er alot... But I also found out that because im so dehydrated I keep fighting the same uti, and I slightly have hypokalemia. And on top of that I have three things that can cause me to go into labor early. The infection, dehydration, and my incompetent cervix. So your not alone

I,haven't during pregnancy, however if you're having an issue, what always helped me out is keeping a bottle of water with you at all times. Drink even if you don't feel thirsty, only drawback is more bathroom breaks but it's worth it. Also eat watermelon :)
