Hi iwant to know if anyone can have the time to tell me healthy drinks for me & the baby . Im only amonth and ahalf . & its my first baby . Thanks .

There's this really good health drink by bolthouse farms u can get at kroger or sams in the produce refrigerated section its got a ton of fruit juiced down its 100% fruit (or veggies) just like putting them in a juicer. Plus their delicious.
Oh forgot to mention I really enjoy crystal light & unsweetened iced tea. Unsweetened only cuz I have diabetes. Otherwise sweetened is fine but I read that its healthier if you get unsweetened & add your own sugar.
Lots of water! You can have pretty much anything except alcohol I stay away from caffeine & sugary drinks too. Don't forget to eat your veggies, & if you have a juicer natural juice is better:b
