Due today, still no baby

Well i'm due today and still no baby :( i've tried everything it seems like and NOTHING has worked! He just seems to like the comfy water bed he's been provided for the last 9 months! Had my 40 week appt yesterday and he's in position, i'm still sitting at 4 cm (have been for over a week), and he can feel my water. He swept my membranes hoping that'll do the trick but so far nothing!! Contractions are few and far between, i've completely stalled out :( Dr set Monday to be induced so hopefully he'll come before...hopefully!!!

Can't agree with you more. I'm more uncomfortable and irratable with each passing hour it seems!!

Loads of fresh pineapple (not the tinned stuff).  I don't know if it was just a coincidence but I started contracting after eating a load of pineapple ( and it tastes great!)

I'm so sorry you have to wait another week maybe! I'm miserable so I can just imagine how you feel!! And i've done everything but castor oil and its a choice my bf and I made together that I will not take that. I'd rather be overdue than digest something that could dehydrate me. Not trying to sound rude about that and people can take that if they so choose but its not for me. :) Hopefully sometime soon we'll meet him tho!!

I feel your pain! I'm 40+5 and had my sweep done today, think I might finally be contracting now, some of us just need some help to get pushed over the edge! At least you know it will end soon, if this doesnt work for me I will be left for another week before they will induce! (Which I dont really want, but I am pretty desperate for this to end now!)

Awww I know that has to suck for you :/....just still think positive and hope for the best.....try walking or dancing it may do the trick....hope everything turns out best for you :)
