Faint Positive - Is it accurate? Plz Help

Hey girls, i tested last night. I tried not to pee for like 2.5 hrs and then took the test. I got a faint positive. Could this mean YES a baby. Or No. When I have taken tests before I never got a faint positive, only a big fat No. What do you guys think? Any advice. My period due date is today but still no period. What do you guys think?

I took my first test 2 days before my missed period and got a faint positive. I tested everyday until a week after my period was due and the line never got darker until that last day and it was BRIGHT.

I would suggest re-testing tomorrow as if you are pregnant the test will be stronger tomorrow as HCG doubles every 48-72hrs.
A faint positive means you must be pregnant for the test to show as its detecting HCG in your body.
It could just be there isnt a huge amount of it which is why the test is faint.
Go and buy another test, one that is sensitive and it should hopefully give you a stronger line. Do it in the morning with your 1st urine as that contains the most HCG.
Best of luck and Congrats.

A faint positive is still a positive!!! YAY!! When I got pregnant and first took a test it was so light, you could barely see it. Then every day after that it would get a little bit darker. Try again and it should get darker. Congrats!! =)

I read it in the time frame but it came up instantly and then i waited 5 minutes to see if it would get darker. Is it because I took the test at night rather than in the morning?
