Fainting around 31 weeks?

So long story short, the other day I was outside with my boyfriend and his father, not for long, maybe 45 minutes but all of a sudden I got really dizzy and couldn't see anything and passed out. Luckily, I was standing right next to his Dad and he caught me so I didn't fall or anything. I called the doctor and he said that it must've been the heat, or could be my blood pressure. He didn't seem too worried which put my mind at ease. But when I got home later, I still didn't feel right and was throwing up in the middle of the night and also realized it looked like my feet were even more swollen then they already were. The next day, was my baby shower and at first I was okay then all of a sudden that feeling hit me again. I didn't faint or anything but my body felt really weak and my head was pounding. Has this happened to anyone else?

I agree with the others in this thread,  who say it sounds like pre-eclampsia.

Bloody noses and sneezing little amounts of blood is nothing to worry about.  That's just a pregnancy thing.

Your swollen feet,  headaches,  and blurry vision are a real concern.

You should call your doc first thing in the morning and repeat your concern.

Best wishes.

I forgot to mention, when I get these headaches my vision goes a little blurry and every time I sneeze, there's blood in the tissue... Is that normal?

I really don't wanna get into the relationship issues right now. I just made this post cause I was concerned about how I've been feeling. But thanks for your advice :)

Ok. I'm not judging and i sincerely hope things will work out between you. Bit know that there is more to being abusive than just physical. There is moral, financial, and so forth. If i remember right, there are 7 different kinds of violence. Look it up on the internet. But like i said, i don't judge and hope you and baby are fine and happy.

No it's the same guy. He's not physically abusive. Just very very mean. He seems to have gotten a lot better so I'm trying to make things work.

Also thought of preeclampsia while reading your story.
Do you have a new boyfriend? I remember you telling us you left your abusive bf...

Sudden swelling and pounding headaches are a symptom of preeclampsia. See your doctor as soon as possible

No I haven't but I do have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I'm going to be telling them all that I've felt because I don't think its normal.

It almost sounds like a blood sugar issue. Have you talked to your provider since?
