Fruit

No I'm not asking what fruit your baby is, although be my guest if you'd like to tell me lol.
What is like to know is am I getting the nutrients my baby needs if all I can consistently keep down is fruit? Are there any fruits with proteins (even incomplete) that would help my baby more? When it comes to nutritional questions I'm totally lost lol. I would really appreciate some input.

I guess I didn't need to bump after all! Thanks. I'm thinking of doing jamba juice smoothies with added protein or something once in a while.

Bananas give you potassium. An Apple a day keepsthe doctor away.  Watermelon,  cantaloupe, honey dew hydrate you.  Kiwi is good for you.  Citrus fruits are all good for vitamin c. Strawberries are also a good source of vitamin c I believe.  Ummm. Fruit in general is good for you & baby.  But no fruit gives you protein.  Try,  drinking nutrition shakes that have protein like EnSure. My doctor recommended I drink one a day when I couldn't keep anything down.
