The drink is HORRIBLE.you can opt out of the drink and eat 28 jelly beans. That's what I'm doing this time around. And you can eat anything sweetheart.

If it's a one hour test you can eat whatever you want. I had Mcdonalds breakfast before mine and everything came back absolutely normal.

I never followed their instructions when it came to the test.
I ate and had a caramel frappe before my test with my first.
My results came back fine.

If it's the 1 hour test you can eat or drink whatever. I did mine today and had Mountain Dew before. They test your levels before to see and then after so I think they take both numbers into consideration.

You can eat anything just try to stay away from sugar. You don't want your sugar to sky rocket because you ate sugar. Good luck

Depends if it's the 1 hour test or 3 hour test. The 3 hour test you are suppose to fast for but the 1 hour it doesn't matters.  You can eat before the one hour test and drink whatever. But you can't eat or drink anything during the hour wait. Your doctor should have given you instructions on the to do.

I had mine at the end of the day and I ate eggs and almonds! Drink lots of water and drank milk when I felt hungry! I passed just fine! You can eat just no sugar and stay away from starchy foods like bread or pasta stuff like thst

I think you should check if you you can get your appointment earlier bcus this is my 4th pregnancy and its always been told to me very strictly that i have to have an empty stomache that i cant have no food since the day before at midnight...
And u dont wanna get stuck with a false high glucose test cus ive heard that if that happens u go back and the glucose test is 3hrs long
