i had sex wit my boy friend last week on thursday n thursday was th day were my charms were gtn ovr..but ma boyfrrnd cumed inside me..wat sort of pills shoud i taje 2 avoid pregnancy..i hvnt takn ny birth control pills before..m 20yrs..plz advicee..wil dis pill yasmin work???

What is your cycle length?
If you are regular/28 days cycle person, and if you are not due until Jun18th, last thursday was not in your ovulation phase....
in which case, you are probably safe

Plan B is the morning after pill basically. But if seriously screws up your body....
See your doctor and say you want to go on the pill or the implant!!
If you didnt want to get pregnant you should be alot more careful....

Yasmin (at least the only one I've ever heard of) is a birth control pill. It's not going to abort. If you've already ovulated, there is nothing that's going to stop it. Wait until your period is due and if it's late, take a pregnancy test. If it comes as usual, start using condoms and birth control.

Plan B is effective up to 5 days... however it is most effective in the first 72 hours and dramatically looses effectiveness after that. Its not sure fire either since I took it the day after I had unprotected sex and still ended up pregnant. Also, if you are going to engage in sexual activities and you dont want to be pregnant get on birth control. Like Raerae said there are places that will give it to your for free or for very cheap. The morning after pill should never be taken as a substitute for birth control since it can harm your body.

it only works within the first 72 hours.  If you had sex last thursday then Plan B is too late to use.

Where I am from its called plan B. you can get it at your local health center. some places have a program so you can get it for free as well as birth control and paps. this is something i Suggest you check out.. best of luck.:)
