My Dr said wait until the second trimester and if you are doing it at home make sure your not locking yourself in the bathroom with all the bad fumes. I actually dyed mine outside with a mirror lol

Yes but if you go to a salon please please please tell the stylist that you are pregnant this way they can take into consideration what they have to do to accommodate you. I did a lady's highlights who was in her second trimester and she didn't tell me and she tried to blame it on me when she had banding in the highlights. It was the hormones.

My dr. Always has told me to wait till my second trimester and make sure to be in a well ventilated Room. It's probably best just to ask your Dr. Just incase he has any concerns.

It won't hurt the baby, but your hair changes with hormones... So if you bleach it, it may not actually turn blonde or the blonde you want and if you perm or relax your hair it can really damage it since its reforming bonds in your hair and hormones do throw your hair out of whack. It's safe for you and the baby, but the outcome might be different than what you expect(: just be smart!
