I have had really bad headaches as well but my blood pressure was fine and no protein in urine. Midwife said that when your pregnant it causes more strain on your eyes and that could cause headaches if you wear glasses or anything go for an eye test just in case you need a stronger prescription

I'm 3days away from my due date and the last couple days I've had really bad migraines but I read online 37weeks+ you can't take anything bc it can cause complications

In the beginning of your second trimester is when your blood volume starts to increase which can cause headaches. Mine went away at about 22weeks. Drink lots of water and cold wash cloths work!!

How far along are you? That is a major sign of preclampsia when you are in your last 3 months. Do you have bad swelling too?

I was having the same problem , it got so bad that i went to the e.r and everything was fine but my doc told me to take extra stregnth tylenol & benedryl:) it worked pretty good. But you could try drinking water and if you normally drink pop/or coffee try to drink a little of it cause the headache could be because you dont drink caffiene as much as your body is used to. Good luck

Yeah I get my worst headache being pregnant. Usually it's because you're dehydrating. Drink some Gatorade to rehydrate and make sure you're drinking water all day. And Tylenol is OK

I had a headache for about 3 months straight towards the beginning of my pregnancy. I would talk to your doc just to be sure its not high blood pressure caused but really its quite likely to be dehydration or a change in hormones. I would start with drinking water.
