My breakfasts on a good day, if I'm not nauseous, is an orange, oatmeal, and yogurt. I try to sneak in grains fruit and dairy to start off my day and grab good nutrients first thing in the day. But ya in agreement with the first comment,you can't have enough fruits or veggies. However you're having lots of dairy too which is terrific.
Try to add fruits or veggies into your breakfast to make it more balanced
