Are heatig pads bad to be laying on for long periods of time?

I agree with the other ladies! Put it on low and alternate 20 minutes on 20 minutes off!

I don't think so I know my doctor was really worried about me over heating with my last pregnancy it was during the summer so as the others said I wouldn't leave it on there for long or on high

I agree I wouldnt put it to high, but it should be ok.

I wouldn't lay on one for an extended period of time. But as long as its on low heat it should' be ok
