Heaviness in lower abdomen

I'm 12 weeks, 4 days today, and I feel like a heaviness in my lower abdomen, like where my uterus is. I don't have symptoms of pregnancy anymore, occasional upset stomach now and occasional tenderness of my breasts also. And the heaviness in my lower abdomen is mostly when I've been standing up for more than an hour or so, and some back pain with it, is this normal??

sound like the same thing I'm going through. I'm on my feet all day as an MA but I've noticed the same heavy feeling when I've been standing for a long time. It's normal. Take time to sit every now and again. You'll be fine! :)

It is normal but it could also be signs of other things. Please let your doctor know what symptoms you are feeling. Do you feel any pressure between your legs acommpanied by the heavy feeling? My cousin felt this way during her pregnancy and never told her doctor and found out later it was due to an incompetent cervix.

It's completely normal, sounds like round ligament pains.,.. normal heaviness due to just growing.. go with it it's part of things lol. I didn't like my first or third trimesters with TJ but second was awesome esp. when he began kicking!

Sounds like your growing like sweetangel said. I wouldn't worry, I think we look into our symptoms too much, but they do come and go.  I am 28 weeks and still feeling my uterus grow. JUst sit downa nd rest when you feel this way!!!!

well my symptoms haven't been very apparent since around 8 weeks at my last checkup with my doctor, I told him I didn't feel symptoms much anymore and he still said everything looked good.

You are probably feeling your uterus grow...I lost a lot of my pregnancy symptoms around week 11...It is normal for your symptoms to subside around week 12.
